Max Randell
Little Max has represented the battle to
save the childhood victims of Canavan disease on Dateline NBC,
Leeza, Montel, Philadelphia Inquirer, Live With Regis and Kelly,
Washington Post, Daily Herald, CJN, Pioneer Press, and the Chicago Tribune. Max
continues to make appearances helping to raise awareness of Canavan
disease and the need for funding to support life saving medical
research.

Max made medical history in September 1998 when he became the youngest person in
the world to receive experimental gene therapy for a neurodegenerative
disease.
